We repair within warranty at the highest level for a whole host of manufacturers, who closely monitor and guide our performance.
For repairs we are not accredited for, these are forwarded to our partners. One less thing to worry about.
We also repair devices that are outside the manufacturer's warranty conditions. These might be devices with user damage, with examples of this including liquid damage, accidental damage, impact damage, etc. We also of course repair devices for which the warranty period has expired. We always send a quotation for these repairs before we start to repair.
Screening, swaps & refurbishment
Thanks to our years of expertise in repairs within and outside-warranty, it goes without saying that we have an immense experience and knowledge about the products. This means we're good at investigating the cause of complaints, and proper screening can prevent unnecessary repairs. If speed is vital, or repairing isn’t worthwhile from a cost point of view, we can also swap your device. We furthermore have all the resources and spare-parts in-house to make sure your customer's device is as good as new again. By replacing covers or intensive cleaning, for instance, so-called 'refurbished' models are an excellent alternative.
You of course want to respond swiftly and flexibly to your customers' queries. Dynafix makes that possible. With our in-shop repair concept, you have certified technicians available who repair devices in your own store. In-shop-repair reduces the lead time considerably.
