This can of course occur more frequently, depending on the monthly volume or your specific needs. They also deliver repaired devices directly back to you at the same time. With this unique concept, we guarantee considerably shorter lead times, from the shipping to the repair centre and back again. With our overnight logistics, devices that have been collected are already with our technicians the next morning.
Pick up & Return
If your monthly repair volume is lower than 12 repairs, our Pick Up & Repair service is definitely something you should consider. Repairs you register today are already collected by us the following morning.
Of course, you can always arrange a collection at a different time. We then return the devices handled back to you spic-and-span.
Send In & Return
If you only have repairs from time to time, our Send In & Return service is ideal.
You send in the device to be repaired yourself, and also choose which logistics partner you prefer. Just like with Pick Up & Return, we then send the repaired device back to you.
