I received photos of the damage to my device. These are unclear to me, where can I get more information about this?

We will make pictures of the damages to your device if this damage is not covered by the warranty terms. We try to capture the damage as accurately as possible, sometimes it is very difficult. For this reason, we occasionally use arrows and circles in the pictures to identify the damage. You can also find the photos at the bottom of your Track&Trace page. If you would like to get more information about the pictures, please contact our customer care center.
