Sending accessories together with the device

If your device breaks down frequently, has a short stand-by time or cannot be started, you will need to send the battery and the charger together with the device. You don’t need to send us any accessories not related to your complaint, such as, for instance, backcovers and sim cards.

Should you nevertheless send these accessories together with the device, you will do so at your own risk and Dynafix can on no account be held responsible for any loss or damage.
