My repair has the status “waiting for parts”. Approximately how long will this take?

We would like to help you as soon as possible. Therefore, we usually have all the necessary spare parts on stock. We always have to rely on manufacturers who deliver the parts. It could be possible that the parts are not on stock and the repair will take a bit longer.

Off course we will do our utmost to receive the parts as soon as possible. Therefore, the status of the orders are checked daily with the manufacturer. Unfortunately, we do not know exactly how long the waiting period for the components can take. As soon as we have received the parts, your repair will be continued.
