Track&Trace shows that my repair has been cancelled. What does it mean?

You can see a notification that your device has been sent to an external service center. This means that the repair cannot be done by Dynafix. Moreover, the possibility exists that your device will be credited (alternative solution) by the manufacturer. Your device will not be sent back.
